**What you’ll be doing**
As a Life24 Technician, you will be responsible for delivering and promoting the Life24 Service to prospective customers and external organisations. Your main purpose will be to respond to customer queries, assess their needs and deal with installations for new customers. For existing customers, you will complete regular reviews, attend to faults, perform additional installations and collections.
Your main duties will include assessing, programming, installing and problem-solving for assistive technology, completing all admin tasks, maintaining effective liaison with team members and other professionals, and responding to emergencies as part of an out-of-hours on-call rota.

**What we’re looking for**
- Good Communication skills, verbal, written and writing
- Excellent Time management and able to organise and prioritise workload.
- MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Share Point and Teams
- Knowledge of what assistive technology means now and, in the future,
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment
- Ability to learn to use service specific systems efficiently
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving abilities, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
