Then this could be just the role for you I am delighted to be supporting my client, a long established yet ever expanding, manufacturing businessin Kettering, who are actively looking for an exceptional individual to join them on their current journey of growth as their new HR Manager.
This role will be working Monday to Friday in Kettering however will offer hybrid working after initial induction. The role will come with a basic starting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, along with great benefits, and a clear progressionpath ahead.
Whilst Ideally we are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with a successful track record in managing teams and strategic planning, If you are a little bit earlier on in your career and looking to take that next step, the organisation has the desireand resources to support and develop you and would still love to speak with you.
**Here’s what the role will involve**
- Asses the needs for training and development and design and introduce appropriate training programs
- To deliver a strategic workforce plan with a focus on both talent attraction and retention
- To manage the team and day to day needs of the HR department
- Partner with key stakeholders and facilitate strong cross departmental communication
**What we’ll need from you**
- Ideally to be CIPD qualified
- A positive and empathetic mindset and a consultative and authentic approach
- A proven track record of managing a HR function within a fast paced (ideally manufacturing) environment
