**SALES/ CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - CABER HOUSE**

Caber House is a sustainable construction company we have created our own Caber
House types and are manufacturing and constructing Caber House’s UK wide. We have multiple projects the length of the Britain and are looking to employ someone who have manage our customer service and sales, Dealing with new enquiries and managing our current customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities of the Sale/Customer Service Coordinator**:

- Be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Process visit reports following internal home visits,
- Creating presentations
- Create a system(s) in that we can manage customer expectations
- Setting up a communication system for customers and the company
- Be the first point of contact for new sales enquiries be able to sell our product.
- Look for new opportunities of work and ways in which the business can improve sales
- Setting sales targets and KPI’s which can be measured and improved upon
- Carry out general administrative duties relevant to Customer Services
- Work on Customer Contracts
- Monitor all programs of work and being able to highlight potential risks to program
- Provide management information to senior management team
- Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
- Carry out general administrative duties relevant to Customer Services

**Essential skills, knowledge and qualities**:

- At least 10 years experience in Construction industry
- Good understanding of new build projects
- Good interest/understanding of Passive House/Sustainable building
- Presentation skills
- Professional person
- Passionate about construction, house building and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - engaging with customers, suppliers, partners
- Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of construction methods and terminology
- Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
- Ability to provide a solution focused approach
- Resilient personality and ability to maintain a professional image
- IT literate and comfortable working within bespoke IT systems
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
- Possess an empathetic nature

**The Package**:

- _Salary negotiable dependant on experience _

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
