**OVERVIEW**:
We have an excellent opportunity for an Warehouse Supervisor (nights) to join our Highland Parcels team in Inverness Our team are responsible for delivering world-class service and time critical parcels to our customers located throughout Scotland.

Joining our team, you will play an integral part in the efficient day to day operations. You will work closely with our leadership to create a customer-centric environment where no two days often provide the same challenge.

You will build and maintain strong working relationships with all colleagues and provide the senior leadership team with operational updates relating to best practices, regulatory updates, training, contractor controls and operational efficiencies.

When operations get really busy you will often work alongside your team to scan, sort and load parcels demonstrating best practice and determination to achieve exceptional performance.

Often you will need to be out and about delivering Parcels across the region. You'll have the opportunity to drive one of our modern transit vans and benefit from our continued investment in track & trace technology which will free you up to deliver an uncompromised level of service to our customers.

Monday - Friday 21.00 - 06.30 - 45hrs per week

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage allocation of routes for employees & contractors
- Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity
- Maintain quality standards
- Ensure team productivity targets are achieved
- Ensure inductions are carried out for all new staff
- Ensure all staff have completed the necessary Health & Safety training
- Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- A valid UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 4 years
- No previous disqualifications for NI, DD or DR
- A proven track record of effective people management
- Computer literate and able to switch from computer to computer
- Great communication skills
- Forklift licence is desirable
