Driver Hire Inverness are seeking a Backshift Supervisor for their client.

As part of the team, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Booking freight onto our transport management software
- Route planning
- Checking freight in and out of the depot
- Loading and offloading vehicles
- Driver support

System training will be provided; however, we are looking for a team player with good IT and communication skills and ideally some experience in the freight or haulage sector. Applicants should hold a forklift truck certificate. An HGV licence for this role would be an advantage but not essential.

**Salary**: From £28,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse & Distribution Centre Supervisors: 3 years (required)
