_We are a small, family run software company, based in the heart of York, specialising in software for the bakery industry, and looking to employ an Office Manager._
- Duties_
- To take ownership of the office administration of the business, you will be very organised, with strong communication skills, to act as a reference point for customers/suppliers/staff members. Your duties will include but are not limited to:_
- _Supporting the Cybake team with:_
- _Liaising with office landlord_
- _Liaising with suppliers_
- _Staff travel arrangements_
- _Customer contract generation_
- _HR admin_
- _Health & Safety arrangements_
- _Keeping office systems updated_
- _Supporting the Accounts team with:_
- _Customer Invoicing_
- _Supplier payments_
- _Credit control_
- _Sales/purchase ledgers and cashbook tasks, incl._
- _Bank reconciliations_
- _Staff expenses_
- _Preparation of Management accounts_
- _Liaising with external payroll providers_
- _Liaising with external Accountants_
- _Support preparation of VAT returns_
- Other Skills:_
- _Good team player._
- _Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative._
- _Reliable and punctual._
- _IT literate with MS Office experience._
- _Hands on experience of Xero Accounts Software desirable._
- Hours/Location:_
- _Office-based._
- _Hours of work: 27.5-37.5/week, core hours: Mon-Fri 9:15-14:45._
- _Salary dependent on experience._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
