Exciting opportunity for someone who loves to be organised

Our Client based in the York Ring Road are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.

Office Hours Monday
- Friday with an early dart on Fridays.

**Salary** - £23-30,000 depending on experience.

This main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Estimating Manager and surrounding team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Preparation of tender documentation and technical submission
- Review all engineer clock in’s and out’s
- Review all job completion notes from the previous day and follow up on any actions required
- Check for any signal poll failures and action accordingly
- Receive all business calls
- Place any orders through the PO process that the engineers require
- Update the finance tracker with any payments received
- Clear down ‘small works chargeables’ and ‘callout’ jobs on the weekly invoice run.
- Final update of the finance tracker before sending out
- Collate and check all sub-contractor invoices before sending on for payment
- Staff planner to be entered on to Verizon for the engineers
- Review vehicle tax and MOT statuses
- Review PPM schedule and highlight any quotes to Scott that are due for extensions.
- WDH financial pack to prepare, await PO, submit invoice then update the finance tracker

**Attributes Required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, the use of MS office, word and excel and similar workplace tools.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Customer service skills.
- Teamwork.
- Attention to Detail.
