Accountable for executing the short-term Supply Chain plan ensuring activities including order management, freight tracking, system (Oracle) processes are effectively delivered. Proactively work with Global customers providing full transparency on the openorder book and manage variances through executing risk mitigation strategies set by the Supply Planning Manager to support organizational targets and >$1BN sales revenue per annum.

**Key Responsibilities**

1 Execution of GSPO process:

- Proactively manage the fulfillment of short-term supply plan and prioritize against profitability segmentation, ensuring accurate order statuses are maintained to deliver business transparency on product deliveries to enable internal and external customersto manage local expectations on supply and sales.
- Accountable for regional supply updates and mitigation actions including risks, opportunities, and financial plan impact. Prioritizing and resolving issues related to the supply and availability of product, with consideration for the end of end impact offunctional activities outside of Supply chain on the plan. Support decisions impacting business risks and reporting exceptions to Supply Planning Manager for escalation and support.

2 Global Supply Planning Service O2C, P2P & 3rd Party Inventory Management:

- Key point of contact for global internal and external customers for all queries relating to supply chain management Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles within the Supply Planning function ensuring systems accurately aligned to keep within itsoperating metrics for O2C and P2P
- Support the Supply Planning function on all matters relating to 3rd Party Inventory Management. Ensuring that accurate inventory records are kept and maintained though understanding of 3rd Party inventory governance, pricing, and compliance processes toensure right first-time processing of orders and accuracy of its systems is routinely maintained.

3 Systems and scenario management:

- Accountable for short term replenishment and scenario planning, using the Planning System and business data to recommend tactical solutions balancing cost and product availability to Supply Planning Manager.
- User of Oracle system ensuring all order dates are aligned within system to deliver timely and accurate open order book reporting, including Oracle system issue resolution to support on target/time customer delivery dates for full business transparencyon orders.

4 Compliance
- Responsible for generating and maintaining functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Quality to ensure our business is compliant against the latest regulations and legislations.

5 Continuous improvement
- Deliver tactical initiatives set by Supply Planning Manger which are aligned to the organisation strategy and continuously drive for improvement through Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive greater compliance and efficienciesinto Supply Chain operations
