Optimise inventory levels to minimise excess and obsolete stock while ensuring product availability to meet customer demands
Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to make informed decisions regarding inventory levels and production planning
Identify and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance
Communicate demand forecasts and inventory status effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management

Proven experience in supply planning and inventory management within the food industry
