**Talent Acquisition Partner**

**St Albans / Hybrid (1 -2 days in the office per week)**

**Circa £55,000 - £57,000 + car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for UK wide, medium sized and well established operational business, and to be a part of a stable and small, well respected TA team where you will be responsible for the recruitment for a couple of key corporate functionsin the business and build partnerships with your stakeholders owning the end to end recruitment process.

**DUTIES**
- Be responsible for everything recruitment related in your specific business areas, which will be within the corporate functions based over multi-sites across the UK (mínimal travel required)
- Working with key stakeholders and leaders in the company, business partnering with them to advise on talent and the market, hiring plans, team growth and replacement and to have a plan and strategy in place
- You will be proactive with your recruitment strategy as well as being re-active when unexpected hires are needed
- End to end recruitment will be your focus from job adverts, attraction and sourcing, conducting interviews, co-ordinating further interviews and through managing offer negotiations,
- You will build internal relationships with your main stakeholders, having regular catch up and one to ones and really become a part of their teams as a trusted advisor
- You'll build job descriptions when needed and re-write any that may need to be updated and have had elements of change
- With an entrepreneurial and autonomous way of working, you will be excited to suggest change and implement new ways of working, reviewing current processes
- Working in a small team, each TA recruits in their own business area, however, you'll work closely with your colleagues to support when needed and be a team player.
- Other responsibilities include working on various projects from DE&I to employer branding and much more all related to your business area

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience from either recruitment agency / RPO or Talent Acquisition inhouse, however, ideally a mixture of inhouse and agency is preferred
- You will be experienced in owning your workload, managing your diary accordingly, having the ability to prioritise and work closely with stakeholders
- Experience in a business within consumer, manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar environment and ideally with operational multi-site locations is highly desirable
- Strong recruitment and relationship building skills are essential, a pro-active attitude to your work and an ability to work as part of a team but independently.
- You will have had experience recruiting a wide range of roles, and know how to take a brief for a role you haven't recruited for previously knowing what questions to ask
- Experience being fully accountable and demonstrating management of your own workload is essential
- You'll be happy to come to the office around 1 - 2 days a week, but equally be happy and flexible to do an extra day here or there if needed.
