**Main purpose**

Within this full time, fast-paced and varied role, you will provide administrative support to the Design & Development department to ensure new model introductions are delivered on time.

**Key responsibilities**
- Raising internal and external purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and our overseas cutting and sewing factory.
- Actively monitor design and development furniture, material usage and componentry stock levels to ensure realistic stock transfers and stock adjustments are processed on a regular basis.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers on all new models, including monitoring and record keeping of new fabrics and leathers coming through development.
- Regular maintenance of documentation on our quality system will be essential to ensure both factories are working on the most up to date information.
- Work closely with our development upholsterers to complete model information packages to ensure model introductions run smoothly from development into production. These will include model specifications, foam & fibre specifications, upholstery methods and quality standards.

**Desirable skills and experience**

Applicants will be happy to deal with technical data, have good numeric skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will be proficient in the use of Word/Excel and PowerPoint. A general interest in working in a creative environment is also beneficial

**Hours of Work**

This is an on-site role, hours of work are: 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am -12.00noon Friday.
