An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Uniform Project Coordinator (Secondment 12 months)

The Uniform Project Coordinator will support and assist the Eurostar Family New Uniform Team in ensuring the project is run smoothly and delivered successfully. He/she will work closely and collaboratively with various internal departments and external partners.

Principal accountabilities
- Support and assist the Eurostar Family New Uniform Team and the Senior Category Manager
- Ensure all parts of the project are processed, organised and progress according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
- Provide administrative support as needed - for example to set up project meetings and communication with suppliers.
- Responsible for preparation of project documentation and maintains accurate project documents and records
- Coordinate and follow-up of project tasks and actions
- Liaise and manage expectations with internal stakeholders including uniform wearers
- Collect, compile, and review all project information
- Monitor project progress, raise any issues that arise and create project status reports for the Eurostar Family Uniform Team and stakeholders
- Schedule (organise, attend, and participate) stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the Eurostar Family Uniform Team and stakeholders
- Support the Project Manager to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Create monthly project summaries based on received information
- Help identify project risks and opportunities
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each objective
- Co-ordinates forums and events with uniform wearers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English and French is essential (oral and written); the ability to speak Dutch would be a plus
- Experience in a similar role in a business environment
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- Ability to plan, organise and present effectively
- Computer-literate and able to use standard software and programmes
- Experience of managing a complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to propose solutions to problems and raise issues
- Strong sense of personal initiative and natural curiosity to understand projects and what makes them work
- Ability to listen and understand business requirements in a rational manner
- Ability to focus on key points of risk and opportunity, understanding that project reporting is the means to identify these, rather than an end in itself.
- Ability to establish strong relationships across the Eurostar Family
