Hunter Savage are delighted to be supporting a large, well established NI employer, headquartered in Belfast City centre, to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for their growing department.

This is a new Recruitment Administrator job, a 12 month fixed term contract up until February 2025, the role offers full time hours and a very attractive salary and benefits package.

A minimum of 1-2 years Recruitment Administration experience is essential and the close date for the role is Monday 4th March 2024.

**The Role**
- Process recruitment exercises using the online recruitment system
- Prepare paperwork, job descriptions, advertise jobs, prepare shortlisting, organise interviews, organise pre employment medicals, request references etc
- Set up new user accounts on the Recruitment and HR systems
- Complete initial shortlisting of vacancies
- Administer the delivery of psychometric tests
- Prepare feedback letters
- Draft and place vacancy advertisements
- Coordinate inductions
- Undertake pre-employment checks
- Any other duties as deemed reasonable

**The Person**
- Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment administration experience
- Educated to GCSE level - grades A-C including Maths and English
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation
- Experience managing a large number of vacancies
- Excellent IT skills
