**Job Title**: Recruitment Support Administrator - Student Placement
**Reporting to**:Recruitment Support Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Irelands leading professional organisations. We are currently going through a rapid expansion programme within the UK and Ireland offering real career progression within a recruitment environment.
**Main Purpose of the Role**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To support the Recruitment departments through data entry and advertising of vacancies, promotional activities and using all available resources to promote vacancies;
- To develop a good understanding of the organisational structure that we work within:
**Person Specification**
- Currently working towards a business related degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable project and time management skills and be able to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of MS office
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible approach to work according to the needs of the service/business
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Previous administration experience is not essential as full training will be given
