We’re working on behalf of our prestigious clients who are looking for an **IT Program Director** in **Borehamwood**. Our client is fully integrated within the pet health services and insurance domain. They are among the Top 5 UK Pet Insurers with the goal of becoming number 1 Our client is currently going throughan exciting time having recently received funding to help to cement them as a global product leader, with company re-branding, scaling across departments, a huge cloud transformation and investment of new technologies.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Set up and revolve the E2E future-proof tech / data platform collaboration with the CTO on time aligned with business goals
- Manage the programme to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope
- Perform financial planning and budgeting for IT separation
- Communicate separation strategy, direction, initiatives, and overall separation roadmaps
- Develop the IT separation program plan
- Manage project risks, identify and resolve challenges
- Remove roadblocks as they occur

**Skills/Requirements**:

- A strong program management skillset
- Experience re-platforming transformation program on time and within budget
- Management of large-scale multi-year transformations
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture
- Excellent communications skills and leadership attitude
- Ability to plan milestones, timelines, and resources to deliver project deliverables
