Your Key Responsibilities:
As Manager of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership, training, and development. You will oversee daily store operations, maximize sales and profits, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will be working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, implement successful retail processes, and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with a diverse workforce and customer base, establishing and maintaining successful retail processes, and possessing IT literacy skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per year, 25 days holiday, a generous pension contribution, and great discounts through our partner programs.
