**Nights Warehouse Operative**

**Monday - Friday - 5:00pm - 1:30am**

**Salary £21,000 ranging to £23,000+ overtime availability**

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Working to KPI targets in a busy environment
- Offloading inbound deliveries, ensuring that the paperwork matches quantities and that any damages or quality issues are correctly recorded and reported
- Accurately and efficiently picking customer orders for delivery
- Loading products into company owned fleet of vehicles
- Communicating issues and challenges to Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operational activity
- Adhering to relevant Health and Safety regulations by maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, and security as well as challenging poor practice where necessary
- Heavy lifting and manual handling to load and unload Home Furniture goods from designated vehicles or containers in accordance with company specifications
- Any other ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to work with high levels of accuracy & meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to suggest process improvements, allowing us to innovate and grow as an organisation
- Ability to be a Team Player
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Physically fit and have experience in manual handling
- Hold clean UK drivers Licence (desirable)
