Menzies Distribution Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of stock, as well as supporting your colleagues to achieve packing, scanning, and sorting targets.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work closely with our Operational Team to execute this role, which is at the heart of our company ethos. You will be accountable for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company procedures and policies, and assembling customer supplies according to picking specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing all documentation as per company procedure
  • Breaking down, allocating, and loading inbound supplies
  • Maintaining the warehouse safe, clean, and tidy
  • Adhering to company procedures and policies
  • Assembling customer supplies according to picking specifications
  • Checking the quality of packed orders

Requirements:

  • Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse role
  • Hardworking, positive, and flexible attitude to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
