Production Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and reputable company based near Bishops Cleeve - easy reach from Cheltenham & Winchcombe. This long-established family run business take pride in encouraging, and supporting staff development and promotion as well as offering excellent benefits

Training salary is £28300 but this will increase with each new skill gained. An intensive training programme and buddying up system is in place for new staff as health and safety takes top priority. Duties will include operating machinery and following strict processes and procedures.

Applicants need to be focused and have excellent attention to detail to pick up on defects, production or quality issues as well as a keen work ethic.

Due to the rural location of the site own transport is essential. Full PPE provided except for safety footwear which you will need to provide. Please note that the site is strictly non-smoking throughout.

The company operate a **4 on 4 off shift** pattern, which is 2 days shifts (6am to 6pm) & 2-night shifts (6pm to 6am) followed by 4 days off on a rotating shift pattern. This role is temporary to permanent with an immediate start available, however, if notice is required this is not an issue.

Salary £28300 per annum - 25 days holiday + bank holidays (8)
