An intensive training programme and buddying up system is in place for new staff as health and safety takes top priority. Duties will include operating machinery and following strict processes and procedures. * Applicants need to be focused and have excellent attention to detail to pick up on defects, production or quality issues as well as a keen work ethic. If you are from a similar background or are looking to establish a career in a warehouse or production environment that can offer progression, this is a fantastic opportunity where you will be treated as a valuable member of the workforce. * Due to the rural location of the site own transport is essential. Full PPE provided except for safety footwear which you will need to provide. Please note that the site is strictly non-smoking throughout. The company operate a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which is 2 days shifts (6am to 6pm) & 2-night shifts (6pm to 6am) followed by 4 days off on a rotating shift pattern. This role is temporary to permanent with an immediate start available, however, if notice is required this is not an issue.
