Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz of Southampton dealership. You will be joining a supportive and very friendly team at Southampton and will be supporting the Service Advisory team with any queries and escalations. **What will I do on a daily basis?**

You will be involved in training and supporting new members into the team, be a pivotal point of contact and utilising your existing skillset to ensure your team are consistently highly performing and achieving set KPI’s and targets.

**What experience do I need?**

Due to the current team we have within Southampton, we are looking to speak to you if you already have previous Automotive Experience in a Service Advisor’s position and are looking to take the next senior step in your career.
