We invite you to become a part of our Customer Directorate as a **Customer Advisor** within our dynamic **Accounts Receivable Team**. Reporting to the Customer Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing strong connections with our customers and stakeholders.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Accounts Receivable Excellence**: You'll provide accurate and efficient Accounts Receivable services, ensuring payments are allocated correctly for all stakeholders.
- **Customer Support**: You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer invoice queries, offering written or verbal advice.
- **Financial Management**: You'll play a proactive role in ensuring effective financial management, accurate billing, and the timely collection of outstanding payments.
- **Proactive Debt Collection and Payment Solutions**: Take a proactive approach to collecting outstanding payments, providing guidance on available payment options, and negotiating payment arrangements.
