The Quaility Assurance Director is an executive Board Member of Pertemps Medical Group and is responsible for the logistics and operational delivery of all back office departements including, Compliance, Governance & Audit, Payroll & Credit Control and SalesSupport. The role is supported by Department Heads for each of these divisions, who manage their teams independently, under the DSC of the QAD.
**Overall responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all back office departments including Compliance, Governance & Audit, Payroll & Credit Control and Sales Support, ensuring delivery of these services are in line with the needs of the business, meeting contractual, legislative and industrybest practice requirements.
- Working closely with all internal stakeholders and departments.
- Adminster qualtiy assurance management systems, indentifing possible errors/issues or areas of improvement. Maximise output and efficency.
- Evaluate and improve quality assurance policy and process
- Ensuring Sales Support Department are meeting the demands for sales, assisting with administrative requirements inline with company policy around booking process. Ensuring portal submission and timesheet queries are resolved promptly.
- Overall responsibility for governance and audit ensuring the business passess necessary file, policy, process and financial audits from inspection authorities issued by framework providers, Trusts and master/neutral vendor providers.
- Working directly with the various regulatory bodies during an external audit.
- Asisting with commercial bids and tender writing, particulary around quality assurance and governance
- Ultimate Escalation point on technical matters daily from Back Office Department Heads
- Assists in the resolution of compliance issues to ensure bookings are maintained
- Assists with the review and sign off of internal confirmations of bookings

- Able to mobilise and motivate a teamGood attention to detail required in all aspects of the role
- Set team KPI targets and give feedback and training as required. Also help with training new recruits as and when required.
- Work towards continuous learning and professional development.

- **Core Techinical Understanding**:

- Expert knowledge of terms and conditions contained in all current framework agrements
- Excellent understanding of apprasial and revaildation framework requirements.
- Excellent tender writing skills
- Excellent IT knowledge and ability including Eclipse functionality and usage.
- Excellent knowledge on company business processes and Quality Mangement Systems e.g ISO 9001
