About The Role

At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re recruiting for a Quality Transformation Director to continue our drive for high performance, empowering our people to make the right decision on the largest civil engineering works in the UK. This position will work across the entire trace of our HS2 project from Wendover to Greatworth. A central base of either Milton Keynes or Brackley can be accommodated with travel to our site teams. You will be accountable and responsible for the transformation of EKFB quality performance.

You will be leading the quality function to achieve its strategy and objectives; you will also need to develop both the strategy and objectives, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in that field. You will need to provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to the business on all quality requirements.

You will Implement and drive, in coordination with the project delivery teams, a successful “right first time” culture across EKFB, embracing and enabling quality innovation and optimisation opportunities. You will also manage and develop the “Best For Project” people.

A vital part of this role requires you to work closely with members of the SHWACE team to support a successful audit performance including internal, HS2 and parent company external accreditation bodies.

As a Quality Transformation Director, you will represent and promote EKFB at industry and HS2 enterprise level events whilst establishing and maintaining effective formal and informal relationships with HS2 enterprise level stakeholders, the EKFB supply chain and other key stakeholders.

You are required to develop and implement plans for continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned within EKFB, with parent companies and with the wider HS2 community.

About You
