**About this career opportunity**

We are looking for someone to join us for an initial 10 month fixed term contract as a Learning Specialist, based within our London team.

In this role you will contribute to learning initiatives throughout the learning cycle (e.g., needs analysis, design & development, delivery, assessment & evaluation), supporting the Associate Director Learning Lead, responsible for the Skill Networks. We have a range of Skills Networks covering specialist disciplines within the business.

**You will make an impact in this role by**:
You will Project Manage the implementation of global learning interventions, including developing, and delivering the associated project and budget plans where necessary. You will also get involved in evaluating learning - Developing an appropriate method of evaluation to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning solutions and the return on the firm’s investment in them. Conducting evaluation of learning solutions and contribute to the continual improvement of learning and development initiatives.

At all stages you are expected to help manage best practice in learning design, delivery and management of complex learning projects using robust learning processes. You will be part of a team interested in utilising innovative learning approaches and will be able to help shape and support a modern and evolving learning strategy.

**Is this role right for you?**
**If so, you'll likely have**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent coupled with experience within a learning role.
- Experience in working across all aspects of the learning cycle (e.g. needs analysis, design & development, delivery, assessment & evaluation)
- Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paying close attention to detail, and working collaboratively with others
- Experience in utilising different learning methodologies and technologies and the ability to select the most appropriate solution
- Previous experience designing and delivering learning across a range of methods (blended, face-to-face, etc.) is essential, and designing and delivering digital content would be a significant asset.
- A strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies ideally with experience using Moodle
