Finance Assistant

We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant position based in our Broxbourne office. The role will be office-based Monday/Tuesday and work from home the rest of the week. This is a temp to perm position.
The role will be reporting o the Financial Controller within the Finance Department however this will be a wildly dynamic position providing assistance to different areas within the finance tea,
**Key tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Management Accounts**
- Processing Expenses
- Processing daily payments and posting into the accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Completing Government ONS Surveys
- Willingly perform ad hoc duties as required
**Fleet**
- Raising Customer sales/insurance Invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders for capex items
- Goods Receipting Orders
- Creating new Assets
- Adjusting Fleet statues within the operating system
- Assisting with the DVLA account and weekly reconciliation
- Reconciling the Fleet tracking systems weekly
- Reconciling the Fleet Insurance weekly
- Dealing with PCN’s
- Uploading Fleet documentation into the operating system
- Willingly perform ad hoc duties as required
**Digital Solutions**
- Administration tasks for the Digital Solutions team
- Willingly perform ad hoc duties as required
- Higher education at either A-Level or Degree Level, preferably within a financial or business context
- Seeking to study towards an Accounting Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good understanding of MS packages
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a wide and dynamic team
- Confident, professional, and outgoing personality
- High level of self
- motivation and commitment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and specified standards
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
- Strong prioritisation skills
