**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The rapid development of new connectivity features and services and evolving customer propositions in the on and offboard vehicle connectivity space along with dynamic market specific legal and regulatory requirements drive the need for a dedicated member of the global delivery team within the Digital Product Platform domain.

Working in the Global Market Delivery team, as the Legal and Market Compliance Lead you will have the ability to understand and navigate the strategic requirements of our future business including on and offboard. You will have an expert knowledge of our current and future operating model to assess and identify market specific requirements, legal, compliance etc and any risks, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our connected ecosystem is and remains compliant as we deliver these new and improved features and services to our customers.

The Legal and Market Compliance Lead will also be responsible for the maintenance of customer facing Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies to present to consuming subscribers in our connected markets globally.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Acting as a key member of the global market delivery team legal function, working cross functionally and interfacing with global, regional, internal and external stakeholders championing all legal and privacy matters relating to the delivery of connectivity and connected features and services in order to meet and exceed market delivery legal and compliance requirements
- Utilising internal and external intelligence to monitor, document and impact assess regional / market specific legal and regulatory trends and requirements as they relate to existing and future solution designs for connected services
- Managing legal documents to allow for new or changes to existing services and features, changes to regulatory landscapes, market specific requirements, operating models and strategies, simplification and overall driving improvements all in line with company policy
- Management of a comprehensive market delivery legal dashboard
- Creating legal briefs and summaries relating to connected products, services, experiences and overarching ecosystems as part market delivery activities

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

- Legal background or experience with legals, privacy or compliance in the technology domain is highly desirable (local, regional, international)
- Legal document / records management
- Stakeholder management and experience/exposure of working in a matrix environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and other collaboration tools

Desirable:

- A balanced mindset and approach yet always curious and passionate about doing things better by identifying opportunities and influencing decisions
- A completer-finisher who has a mindset around seeing projects, tasks and ideas through to a quality conclusion
- Excellent interpersonal, intercultural as well as verbal and written communication skills
