An exciting opportunity has arisen for a VIP Supervisor to join our team, a perfect opportunity for someone who puts their heart into exceeding expectations. You will be leading an experienced team of tour guides to guarantee our guests receive once in a lifetime experiences during their VIP and Safari Bus tours, whilst also continuously upholding the safety of the department and vehicles.
**What will this role entail?**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising the team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department. This will include the resolution of a range of guest and staff issues, and the proactive development of the department.

Key duties will include:

- Lead the team to deliver memorable experiences and outstanding customer service.
- Deploy staff effectively, in line with budgeted labour costs.
- Deliver VIP Tours and maintain the tour commentary in line with Animal department information.
- Deal with and resolve customer complaints in line with company policy/procedures.
- Liaise with the Transport Manager to ensure legal compliance of the businesses Operators Licence’.
- Resolve vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and recovery efficiently, with mínimal impact on the business and guests.
- Organise the annual upkeep and regular preventative maintenance for the fleet of VIP Land Rovers and Safari Buses.
**What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?**:

- You will have worked in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Have a proven ability to support and coach colleagues.
- Shows professionalism, initiative and is confident and friendly.
- Enjoys taking on responsibilities.
- Can focus the team to deliver memorable experiences and outstanding guest service.
- Has a full clean UK driving licence.
**What will I receive in return?**
As a VIP Supervisor you will receive a salary £21,000 per annum in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include;

You’ll be employed on a permanent 40 hour contract, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time from 8am, and latest finish time up to 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
