We have a new requirement for a **Personnel Logistics Supervisor **within our **ROV Aberdeen **office. Details are as follows:
Start date: ASAP

Duration: STAFF

Salary/rate: Please provide individual rate expectation.

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for**:

- Supervise, mentor, and provide support as required to the Personnel Logistics Team
- Manage the Annual Appraisal Process for the Personnel Logistics Team
- Monitor work levels and ensure even distribution of Vessels/Worksites throughout the Personnel Logistics Team
- First Point of Contact / Focal Point for Personnel Logistics
- Liaise with ROV, Survey, Vessel, Assets and Recruitment departments on a regular basis
- Focal Point for Travel Management Company (TMC) ensuring that the service provided and systems in place are fit for purpose
- Focal point for Vessel Personnel ensuring that their utilization is recorded and that future assignments are known. Report any gaps in utilization to the HR Supervisor
- Approve Travel Costs (2nd Authorisation) daily on the Saipem Travel System
- Issue weekly Travel Report to the HR Manager/Managing Director
- Issue ROV, Survey and Vessel Planning notes weekly to the HR Manager/HR Supervisor
- Issue Personnel Tracker weekly to the HR Manager/HR Supervisor
- Issue Monthly Vessel/Worksite Allocation Look-Ahead Report
- Distribute Travel Updates/Communications to all SSC-Offshore Staff
- Welcome Offshore New Starts to the company and provide Personnel Logistics Overview
- Support the HR Medicals Team as and when required and provide advice on vessel specific medical requirements
- Be part of the On Call rota, dealing with all out of hours queries from vessels and personnel (Cover Thursday to Thursday)

**You should have the following experience**:

- Required_
- Strong organisation skills with a good ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- A high level of confidentiality with excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to cope with change in a busy working environment
- Ability to work well within a team and manage the team on a daily basis
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Desirable_
- Experience of working within a Personnel Logistics Department
- Supervisory skills preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of working within the Oil and Gas Industry.
