JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager
Are you super organised with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work? If so then you could be a perfect fit for us, we are looking for a friendly presentable person to work for our company as an office Administrator.
The responsibilities of an Office Administrator
- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Checking delivery staffs round paperwork against tracking report
- Printing round information and picking sheets
- Contacting delivery staff to get status updates for ongoing work
- Creating staff profiles for new starters
- Creating lists of available areas for sales team
- Creating and printing shipping labels and booking deliveries in with couriers
- Responding to client’s questions about their campaign
- Sending delivery reports to customers
- Calculating wages that delivery team have earned into a monthly report
- Raising Sales invoices
- Obtaining quotes for Print from a selection of approved suppliers.
- Chasing Debtors
- Raising new orders
- Interviewing delivery staff and completing enrolment paperwork
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Presentable and personable
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Initiative and flexible approach to work
- Strong time management skills
- Maths and English Grade C GCSE or above
- Computer literate"

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£19,800.00 per year
