**About Our Client**:
A well known reputable organisation based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity which has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to join the team as a HR Coordinator.

The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

- Provide recruitment solutions to the wider team, covering the full life cycle of the recruitment journey.
- Support with the development of the recruitment system.
- Be the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is obtained.
- To be the first point of contact for line managers and employees with any queries.
- Provide administrative support to the wider teams as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of employee life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to manage a varied, high workload
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes
- A keen eye for detail
- A genuine desire to learn
