**Role Overview**:
Advance the People Teams impact by championing the HR solution team as part of HRIS programme. Enabling clusters of European countries go live with a single solution, aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.

The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.

We are looking for an experienced IT system integrator to support the System Integration Manager with the design and execution of the integration plan. Identify design requirements, execute dress rehearsals and manage cut over activities for initial implementation and the subsequent ongoing dynamic integration and analytic roadmap. You will also liaise with the broader team supporting our HRIS systems to ensure effective integration with other workstreams and supporting evolving data needs

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Support the end-to-end deployment (design, build, test) and ongoing maintenance of integrations across a wide array of HCM functional areas (mostly concentrated in HR, WFM and Payroll).
- Provide technical advice to internal teams regarding integration solution options (APIs, CCB, CCP, Studio), integration & data security, integration development guidance and standard methodologies.
- Key project contributor in all aspects of security, configuration management, change management, system administration, control design and implementation, system upgrades, report writing and more.
- Assist with the build of scalable integration monitoring operations for error handling and communication of integration failures and resolution.
- Serve as the project's secondary point of contact for integrations.
- Assist with the gathering of requirements from various internal teams.
- Facilitate the resolution of integration risks, issues, and decisions needed.
- Work with the Vendor Integration team as well as across functional teams as needed to drive integration decisions, design, development, and testing activities.
- Actively participate in knowledge transfer from the Vendor integration team to ensure self-sufficiency and production readiness for support of integrations.

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:

- Experience with HCM solutions in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Ability to consider and evaluate solutions to problems under own initiative essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Confident and courteous in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Elevated level of attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
- Must be methodical and be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Have an awareness of GDPR and be able to act with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
