Job Title: HRIS Technical Support Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems & Technical Support Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Collaborate with a team to configure and maintain the iTrent environment to meet and exceed the needs of schools and multi-academy trusts.
  • Project Management: Help coordinate internal and external resources to configure, test, and deploy HRIS functionality to meet the needs of clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to customize the system according to business needs and integrate iTrent with other HR-related software.
  • Customer Care: Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, addressing service-related issues promptly, and managing escalated client concerns.
  • Communication: Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • System Performance: Collaborate with various teams to review, test, and authorize system performance in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Administration: Ensure all system and technical documentation is up to date, run necessary reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Quality & Training: Support, coach, and mentor colleagues, ensuring all team training is current and up to date.
