Key Responsibilities- System Management: Collaborate with a team to configure and maintain the iTrent environment to meet the needs of schools and multi academy trusts.
- Project Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to configure, test, and deploy HRIS functionality to meet the needs of clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to customise the system according to business needs and integrate iTrent with other HR-related software.
- Customer Care: Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, addressing service-related issues promptly, and managing escalated client concerns.
- Communication: Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
- System Performance: Collaborate with various teams to review, test, and authorise system performance in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
- Administration: Ensure all system and technical documentation is up to date, run necessary reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Quality & Training: Support, coach, and mentor colleagues, ensuring all team training is current and up to date.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of payroll and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (iTrent highly desirable).
- Experience producing Management Information reports and understanding Data Protection and GDPR principles.
- Generous annual leave allowance of 36 days (28+8 bank holidays) +1 for every year of service (up to a maximum of 5).
