You’ll be someone who enjoys interacting with people, both internally and externally, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. It will also be important that you’re confident in Microsoft 365 software and have good numeracy and literacy skills.

**Some of your key responsibilities would include**:

- Supporting Ecommerce, including order processing and customer queries
- Dealing with incoming sales orders and supporting sales teams
- Being a point of contact to deal with and resolve delivery issues, returns and replacements.
- Producing certifications for assemblies and components, including export paperwork, where required
- Running weekly WIP and Monthly BOM costing reports
- Supporting with other business support tasks, where needed

**What’s on offer?**
- A salary of up to £26k per year, dependant on experience, plus performance related bonus scheme
- 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 3.30 finish on a Friday
