**Deputy Supported Living Manager Maternity Cover**

**Deputy Supported Living Manager**
**Key Responsibilities** Deputy Supported Living Manager**:
- The Deputy Supported Living Manager will assist the Supported Living Manager in the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership and support to a team of support workers, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
- The Deputy Supported Living Manager will develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents.
- Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and addressing any areas for improvement.
- The Deputy Supported Living Manager will liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- The Deputy Supported Living Manager will participate in on-call duties as required, providing emergency support outside regular working hours.
**Requirements Deputy Supported Living Manager**:
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a supported living or social care setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to promoting the independence and well-being of service users.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties if required.
