**Job Title:** Assistant General Manager - Leisure

Adventure Leisure is a leading leisure operator across the UK with established brands.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leisure operations and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Support the Deputy General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

**Requirements:*

  • Proven experience in leisure operations management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
