Ryanair is currently recruiting for an **Aircraft Appearance Cleaning Standards Coordinator.** This is an opportunity to join Europe’s largest and fastest growing Low Fares Airline. The Ryanair Appearance Department is responsible for the overall presentation of the whole of the Ryanair fleet. From Cabin Cleaning to Landing Gear Washes the highest standard is always demanded. The Services and Tasks that the Appearance Dept manages, being provided by 3rd party companies, require an high level of oversight on Compliance with Engineering requirements,

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for monitoring of all aircraft cleaning standards throughout the Ryanair fleets using multiple oversight channels
- Responsible for aircraft cleaning substandards and liaising with service providers to rectify and prevent reoccurrences
- Responsible for ensuring all agreed Service Levels are adhered to by all service providers
- Responsible for reviewing aircraft delays associated with Appearance and work with Service providers to implement corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence, where necessary
- Responsible for carrying out Appearance Supplier audits.
- Responsible for proposing and administrating changes to departmental documentation (i.e. procedures, manuals)
- Responsible for validating invoices for contracted cleaning services prior to approval
- Daily communications with third party contractors and internal departments
- Appearance/ Engineering projects as specified by the Aircraft Appearance Manager
- All other duties deemed necessary by the Aircraft Appearance Manager
