**Essential Criteria for Prospective Therapeutic Support Workers**
- You **MUST **already hold a Level 3 for Residential Childcare or Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with young people in a Residential or Semi-Independence provision
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people

**Salary**: £22,875.00-£26,775.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bedfordshire, LU2 7DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- working with children: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Level 3 Health and Social Care or Equivalent (required)
