**Hours**: 16.5 hours per week, (Week one: Tuesday sleep into Wednesday, Week two Saturday sleep into Sunday)

**Salary**: £8,876.31 per annum, plus a Geographical Allowance of £448.42. Total Salary £9,324.74

Advance is looking for Support Workers for a CQC registered scheme in Luton to support customers with Learning Disabilities/physical disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. We are looking for someone that is caring, friendly and reliable and has a passion and desire to help our customers make a positive difference to their lives, enabling them to achieve their goals in life.

The role involves providing personal care to some of our vulnerable customers. Supporting customers with daily living skills cleaning, cooking, finances/budgeting, attending appointments when needed including medical appointments. You will also have the responsibility of administering medication.

**Day to Day Activities:
- Medication administration
- Support to prepare and cook meals
- Support to attend medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with independent skills
- Support to maintain living environment

You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

- Flexible to work on a rolling rota.
- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people.
- Able to complete good quality support records.
- You will be able to work weekends.
- You must be able to offer sleep ins
