**Position based in HAYLE**

**Job Role**:
**To create a social media presence for our new properties. Working closer with our property manager to help grow Cornwall Retreats on Facebook, Instagram etc..**

**1.** **To grow and maintain our social media pages, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and relevant. Help promote our properties and encourage new clientele and guest bookings.**

**2.** **Working with our Property Manager to photograph and vlog our properties to the highest standard for promotion on our social media platforms and website.**

**3.** **Promote on our social platforms any key local information that will induce guest bookings such as local events**

**4.** **To create and maintain posts and ads on our social media platforms**

**5.** **To gain knowledge into the local holiday let industry and assist the Property Manager to increase bookings and promote the company**

**To assist with basic office duties such as answering the phone, dealing with clients and guests**

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**1.** **A good understanding of social media platforms**

**2.** **Computer literate**

**3.** **Comfortable in a working office environment**

**4.** **Help with company presence online Development**

**5.** **Communication**

**6.** **Local holiday market**

**Salary**: From £5.50 per hour
