They have substantial UK Government funding contracts to deliver training courses and business support services in the southwest, and Apprenticeships across the UK through online teaching. As a result, they are expanding their team of passionate and skilled teaching staff.
The Role
They are seeking a passionate Online Marketing Tutor to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, qualified teacher with a strong interest in digital marketing and a commitment to helping learners achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging online marketing training to Apprentices and other learners aged 16 years +.
As an online tutor, you’ll need to be comfortable with running classes through online conferencing such as Zoom.
You’ll work closely with Apprentices to help them achieve accredited training in a timely and supportive way, helping them gain confidence in using practical tools in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality online marketing training sessions to Apprentices and learners Assess individual needs and tailor training plans accordingly Create lesson plans, resources and assessments aligned with the curriculum Provide one-to-one support and mentorship to learners Provide support and feedback Track and report on learner’s progress to the management team and keep clear records Foster a supportive, safe and inclusive learning environment in which learners feel heard Stay updated on Safeguarding and Prevent training Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing, and feed into the continuous improvement of curriculum content Commit to your own professional development (CPD) to maintain professional standards in line with QTLS Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualified Teacher Status or essential PGCE Desirable experience in digital marketing Comfortable using online teaching and assessment tools and software Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for life-long learning and commitment to student success Benefits
