As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging online marketing training to Apprentices and other learners aged 16 years +. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, qualified teacher with a strong interest in digital marketing and a commitment to helping learners achieve their full potential. You will work closely with Apprentices to help them achieve accredited training in a timely and supportive way, helping them gain confidence in using practical tools in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality online marketing training sessions to Apprentices and learners
  • Assess individual needs and tailor training plans accordingly
  • Create lesson plans, resources and assessments aligned with the curriculum
  • Provide one-to-one support and mentorship to learners
  • Provide support and feedback
  • Track and report on learner's progress to the management team and keep clear records
  • Foster a supportive, safe and inclusive learning environment in which learners feel heard
  • Stay updated on Safeguarding and Prevent training
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing, and feed into the continuous improvement of curriculum content
  • Commit to your own professional development (CPD) to maintain professional standards in line with QTLS
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred Qualified Teacher Status or essential PGCE
  • Desirable experience in digital marketing
  • Comfortable using online teaching and assessment tools and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for life-long learning and commitment to student success
