A leading web platform with a suite of website optimisation tools to enhance visitors digital experience is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team in Egham, Surrey.

The primary role of a Senior Account Manager is to support the Commercial Director Services Director and the wider Services Team with their existing accounts.

This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £43k - £75k per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage business renewals for your nominated existing accounts
- Spot opportunities to grow the company’s existing accounts, expanding and upselling where appropriate
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and be the go-to person for your nominated accounts for all commercial aspects of the relationship
- Build and own the account plan for each of your nominated accounts
- Support the Services Director and Optimisation Consultancy team at weekly/quarterly meetings
- This position is both externally and internally facing

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience having worked with a portfolio of clients, maintaining and growing relationships
- Demonstrate PC literacy and excellent written, organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and to understand/match customer needs to company products/services

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience building and executing account plans
- Experience managing the commercial side of the account relationship

**Desirable Experience**:

- A strong Account Management background with a minimum of 5 years working experience
- Experience working either in an agency offering Conversion Rate Optimisation services, or with another Conversion Rate Optimisation or Martech tool
- Experience working with a combination of SME and Enterprise clients

**Working Conditions**:

- The position is located at our UK Headquarters in Egham, Surrey, UK
- Flexible home working policy (following probation period). The team is typically in 2-3 days a week and works from home 2-3 days a week
- Regular travel to UK-based client sites is expected as part of this role; travel abroad may be required from time to time
- The job involves extensive time working at a computer
