Asset Administrator

The Asset Team are responsible for the management and control of our inventory. To review usage and ensure optimum inventory levels in line with business objectives. The Asset Administrator role will support the asset team and business objectives as per below responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to support our business objectives.
- Adhere to our processes and procedures.
- Review, maintain and provide reports as required.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure stock is maximised to full potential in line with department objectives.
- Assist the running of various data requirements.
- Assist with data entry, including but not limited to vendor quotations.
- Assist in sourcing inventory to our quality and industry approved standards.
- Obtain vendor quotes and input data onto relevant databases.
- Ensure our system is updated with relevant information.
- Produce data reports and support departmental KPI’s.
- Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant.
- Assist Asset Lead and Management undertake other duties as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role within an office environment desirable.
- Knowledge of aircraft components advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills at all levels.
- Capability to use initiative, aptitude to recognise and respond to problems.
- Excellent organisational and time management sills.
- Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to use Word and Outlook, previous experience with Quantum favourable.
- Advanced Excel skills essential.
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a busy environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment.
- To work a 37.5-hour week, Mon-Fri between 07:00-19:00, flexibility on works hours is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,794.00-£23,215.00 per year
