Here at Radiator King, we supply designer radiators to individuals and businesses. With plans for continued future growth, we are now looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant / Sales to join the team and provide excellent customer service from start to finish.
**About the Customer Service Advisor role**:
- Answering customer queries either via phone or on one of our eCommerce channels.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
- Use in house systems to check stock and place orders as and when required.
- Accurately process returns, refunds and exchanges.
- Occasional management of social media account or live chat
- General customer service jobs
**About Customer Service Advisor**:
We are looking for someone who is multi-skilled with the willingness to learn and develop within a role. You will be confident in your approach to customer service and proactive with finding solutions to issues that may arise.
**The Customer Service Advisor key qualities we are looking for are -**
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence when dealing with any potential issues and ability to find solutions.
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
