Your duties will include but not necessarily be confined to:

- Updating systems with client data and product information
- Case progression and management with fellow team members
- Filing and Organising documents on systems
- Communicating with Life Offices and Investment Providers
- Data Gather: Sending off Letters of Authority and monitoring information / updates
- Liaising with clients and Financial Planners in respect of appointments / diary
- Preparing Review Meeting Packs
- Completing compliance procedures for all cases
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and Ordering stationery
- Other admin duties as required

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
