Operational Supervisor

**About the role**

Join our team as an Operational Supervisor within the Isle of Man Financial Intelligence Unit.

The Isle of Man Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has a core purpose to protect the integrity of the Isle of Man's financial system, by contributing to the administration of justice through its expertise in detecting financial crime, countering money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Together with the FIU's two other Operational Supervisors, you will work closely with the Operations Senior Manager, the Head of Operations and the Director, supporting them to continuously develop an efficient and internationally respected FIU. You will also work with our Financial Intelligence Analysts to provide ongoing support and guidance to Money Laundering Reporting Officers to ensure reporting standards are met.
