**Shops Retail Supervisor**

**37.5 hours per week on a fully flexible rota including**

**occasional weekend work (Part time hours would be considered)**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has exceptional leadership** **and customer service skills and the ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail to be based in our Hospice shops

You will be flexible with a positive attitude and a hands on approach keeping the donor at the centre of everything you do and are confident to relate the Hospice story to our customers, highlighting the value to Hospice of their purchases and donations to ensure our continuing funding

Additionally, you will be required to provide administrative and operational support for all our retail stores and supporting the management of the retail operations (Hospice shops) to maximise sales of donated goods

This is a role which will involve a degree of lifting to move stock around and using your creativity to assist with displays

**A full clean driving licence is required for this role**
