You will be part of the NW&C Region which consist of three routes:

- North West Route, covering Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and Cumbria.
- Central Route, covering the West Midlands and Chiltern areas.
- West Coast South Route, covering the south of Crewe to London Euston.

There is also a Regional Team which supports Regional Major Programmes & Professional services.

**Brief Description**:
The purpose of this role is to assist with the safe and efficient delivery of Tiii possessions and PICOP meetings offering support to the Possession Supervisor (PICOP) during meetings and designated possessions.

**About the role (External)**:
1. Liaise with the Person in charge of Possession before and during the possession to ensure full understanding and progress

2. Carry out Possession Support duties as required in accordance with Rule Book GE/RT/8000.

3. Carry out site visits to familiarise with the possession limits prior to the possessions.

4. Attend PICOP meetings, assisting with possession documentation and planning.

5. Carry out work site checks throughout the possession reporting on going issues to the Possession Supervisor (PICOP)

**In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have/to be**:

- Able to absorb and recall large quantities of information quickly
- Able to effectively communicate to all levels of people inside and outside the business
- Must hold following competencies - PTS, IWA (Or COSS) & Possession Support

**Salary**: This vacancy is IMC 13 T&Cs, salary £36,431 per annum (£23,312 pensionable, £13,119 non pensionable)

Network Rail adheres to a **structured pay framework**, any salary offered will be within the pay range advertised.
